Our Work

For years, we have served as a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. We finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. We started writing about our passions, our thoughts, and curious wonderings about our love for God and people. We founded The Ministry Of One with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in our hearts and spirit, as it relates to us all. We have been walking in this truth ever since. Take some time to explore the blog, read something interesting, and feel free to reach out if you would like to collaborate on a project together.

Discovering Who You Are

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to live. Whatever your needs may be, we are here to offer support. Life coaching and even psychotherapy are a process of growth and self-discovery. In our sessions we promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. We have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.

What “season” is it for your marriage? Is it summer because things are warm and sizzling with your spouse? Or is it winter because things feel a little chilly?

I remember how it felt when Tasha and I fell in love. Like many couples in a new relationship, we enjoyed being together every chance we could, and daydreamed about seeing each other when we couldn’t. It was easy to think, “We’ll always feel this way!” But relationships are like the weather; they change. You have to discover who you are and what season you are in.

The Purpose Driven Marriage

We believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world. This includes your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements encouraged the start of The Ministry Of One. Ever since we launched this project, the blog has been thriving and has quickly gained a loyal following. To see what we’ve been up to, browse our site, learn about our passions, and explore what excites and interests you as well.

What’s the single most important thing you can do for your relationship?

Charles & Tasha, answer that question with a simple: get healthy. Your relationship with your kids, your friends, and your spouse will only be as healthy as you are. Becoming healthy requires allowing God’s word to expose your strengths and weaknesses.

Whatever changes you’re hoping to make, or goals you’re trying to achieve; we’ll provide guidance, sound advice, and spiritual insight every step of the way. Take a look at our site, and see what we can do for you today.

You thought you married the perfect person. Then, over time, you began to notice flaws. Your spouse wasn’t as kind and loving as they used to be. Now you fight with each other, you blame each other, and you never really discuss tough issues because that leads to more conflict. You wonder if you made a mistake. What if there’s something deeper going on? Is it possible that Satan is attacking your marriage and you’re experiencing spiritual warfare?

Do you know your “why”?

People often begin a spiritual journey with these questions: “How will I serve God? ”“Where will I serve God?” “When will I serve God?” “What will be required of me when I pursue God’s will for my life?” However, God’s purpose for your spiritual journey, and for your family starts with “why?”

Unless you first tackle the “why” question, everything else – your finances, your background, your education, your training, your age, and so on – becomes a mountain that prevents you from moving forward.
