Your Spiritual RPE PT. III

The Benefits of RPE
The RPE scale may be simple, but it should not be underestimated. For one, it can be a simple way to ensure you're on the right track in your walk with Christ. It must not be entered into reluctantly. RPE always focuses on your effort — and not your possible efforts. The same intensity with "RPE's fluid approach to training intensity makes it easy to shift gears and keep pushing in the gym without being stuck to a rigid system. Only you know how you feel or how far you can go.

The foundation of Real Potential Efforts is understanding how you are feeling in the moment. The problem? Many folks struggle to pinpoint just that, which can reduce your ability to get to the next level.
The scriptures say, know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one received the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that strive for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we are incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so, fight I, not as one that beateth the air: But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway. Some people don't realize how hard they go right off the bat…then other people are almost too lazy and will be in the three-to-four range for the whole time If you are trying to work out harder or make progress in some way, you're going to need to push that [RPE] a little bit. You see I did not know what I was capable of doing, until I realized what I was capable of doing.
The tendency to overestimate exertion level is particularly common among fitness newbies and intermediate exercisers and connecting with your body in this manner isn't a quick process. There is no quick fix. You must put the work in mentally, physically, and spiritually. "Getting to know your RPE can take some time if you're a beginner and/or new to exercise in general. Learning how to tune into your body is a skill that will improve over time and, as a result, so will your ability to determine your RPE. God understood this when He created us. That is why He gave us different talents and gift.
Ponder This. How are you maximizing your Spiritual RPE with regards to love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Because against such things there is no law
Think about what you are and what you want out of this life in Christ. I submit until we understood the three p’s for God, we cannot begin to understand what we can do through the Holy Spirit in this walk in Christ. We must gain an understanding of the following:

Pause… They that wait on the lord he will renew their strength stop trying to make it happen nothing happen before its time.
Presence…Learning to be present in now is one of the hardest things to do naturally, however when you get in the presence of God in worship you begin to walk in the peace of God that surpass all understanding.
Prayer… What would happen if you stopped having the ability to communicate naturally and with our devices? Prayer is the essential part of a believer’s life.
The three essentials of prayer are understood when applied to the Savior, who is the living bread from heaven. When we sincerely ask for the Lord Jesus, we shall receive Him; when we earnestly seek Him, we shall find Him; and when we knock at His door, it shall be opened unto us.
The three fundamental principles of prayer apply to the entire scope of life in this world, and in the world to come. I am thoroughly convinced that the redeemed family of God will ask, seek, and knock in prayer throughout all eternity. Their request will not be hindered by their infirmities of body and mind as they are in this world. We are daily aware of the fact that we know not what we should pray for as we ought, but through the holy Spirit..
It is quite evident that our Lord would have us understand this startling fact seeing that He made the request for bread the central theme of family life. It is certainly true that as long as we live in the Father's house, we must depend on Him to sustain us. There is no valid reason to believe that this relationship shall end when we enter heaven. There is nothing in the Christ's teachings to show us that we ever become self-sustaining in life, either in this world or in the world to come. I am fully persuaded that the fundamental principle of asking and giving will continue to all eternity. God stated this fundamental rule of His household when He said to the Son, "Ask of me, and I shall give thee . . ." -- Psa.2:8.
As I began to mature in Christ as a Man, I realized I had to put aside childish things. 1 Corinthians thirteen chapter. Therefore, the mind of my enlightenment was open to his word. Then I began to understand the Three E’s of God was continuous improvement.
Efficiency… (Psalm 90:12; 1 Corinthians 14:26-35; 40; Ephesians 4:23; 5:15- 16; 1 Peter 4:10) means being well organized, competent, and resourceful, making the most of every situation, doing our best and always seeking better ways to be a Christian in all that we do.
Effectiveness… 2 Timothy 2:15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. Proverbs 3:7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and turn away from evil.
Execute… Literally, to follow out or through. Hence, to perform; to do; to effect; to carry into complete effect; to complete; to finish. We execute a purpose, a plan, design or scheme; we execute a work
